Being a custom builder we are asked to build many different style homes on various lots. We are often asked 'What does it cost per square foot to build?' That's like asking 'What does a car cost?' But, we will try to answer this question. We build from $200,000 to over $800,000 not counting the lot. Normally, when a price per square foot is talked about it is the Air Conditioned square footage that is considered. No regard is given as to whether the house has a 2, 3, or 4 car garage or if the house has covered porches which cost more to build than a garage, but, less than air conditioned footage. We prefer to price each home based on discussions with the buyer. That way you can make a determination based on value to you.
Most people who seek a custom builder do so in order to distance themselves from the low quality of tract builders. Tract builders fill an important market niche by allowing many people to own a home who would not otherwise be able to afford one.
Naturally, we do full custom homes where all details are chosen by the buyer, but we have two other styles which give exceptional value to your purchase. We have used value engineered to choose many of the items in the home.
The two modified custom homes are Executive and Deluxe Executive.
